The following illustrations are based on comparisons and similarities drawn from the two cities I'm most familiar with - Ahmedabad and Pune.
.
The sketches are of Teen Darwaza, Ahmedabad and Shanivaar Wada, Pune respectively. The old architecture of Ahmedabad is very public inclusive and merges with the infrastructure of the city while the Shanivaar Wada is more of a tourist attraction, making it almost exotic.

The illustration on the left portrays how everytime I see a Vada Paav stall in Ahmedabad, I expect the taste to be just like the authentic Maharashtrian Vada Paav's, but to my disappointment, they never are.
The one on the right shows how we celebrate the same festival in both the cities, although with a different name to it along with certain rituals.
.
.
This illustration is about how differently, girls my age are seen dressed, while driving around the two cities.
